Funding diabetes research through the DIRECT project

Peninsula Foundation is committed to making a real difference to the lives of diabetes patients everywhere. In the Exeter locality, this is achieved through the DIRECT project.

DIRECT is based at the MacLeod Diabetes and Endocrine Centre, Exeter, and has successfully raised funds for research, patient support and practitioner education. The project has supported many important and internationally recognised studies in diabetes, providing hope for the next generation.

Our researchers are committed to beating diabetes but the help of our communities is vital for their work to continue.
